We are planning, constructing and implementing machines on site with ideally matched components, convincing by high output and excellent end product quality thus company Arnold became the leader in the glass and silicon processing technology. ARNOLD designs control systems on the basis of customer’s requests respectively under consideration of project related necessary features. This, of course, also includes the support to the customer during selection of the required components.
Based on the functionality and the operating concept of the machine under consideration of the performance level determined in the risk assessment, the components for the security system are selected and implemented into the safety control.
Drawing up the circuit documentation by means of E-CAD System Eplan P8, Version 2.9. By means of the Eplan P8 the following documentation is created: Block diagram, construction plan mounting plate, cable plan, E/A List, terminal construction plan, parts list, summary parts list (order list)
To be able to use the readout of the parts lists by means of the Eplan, the necessary electro components are integrated in a customer-specific article master file or, if already available, the customer-own article master file is used or supplemented.
After power loss determination of the components contained in the switchboard, the selection of the necessary switchboard climatisation is carried out by means of the calculation programme RiTherm.
For terminals made by company Phönix, the Eplan data terminals can be put out by using the planning tool Clip Project into a comfortable terminal construction order list. Also by using Clip Project, the automatic output of component label files for the use with a marking plotter can be effected. Alternatively the creation of circuit documents in Eplan 5.70 and Caddy++ is possible, however not all above described features can

Individual Measuring- and Analysis Systems
The development of modern measuring- and analysing systems conclusively contributes to the efficiency of ARNOLD machinery. Thanks to our tools, you achieve highest work piece quality and reproducibility.
Highlight in this segment is the unique Arnold-Remote-Production-Analysis-Tool "ARPAT" which enables transparent production flows as well as a continuous improvement of production quality and cost-efficiency by the so-called „Closed Loop“ process optimization.
By means of the corrected production- and process data, the collection of data starts again. Hereby the process control loop closes and the continued improvement of the cost-efficiency by means of the closed loop process optimization begins again.
Intuitive Operator’s guidance
An intuitive operator’s guidance enables a quick navigation through all plant levels. All important and machine specific data for components and processes are made available at any time at all work stations. A central recipe management guarantees a constant quality during all process steps.
SERVICE
Experience our comprehensive service program
We offer our customers a comprehensive service program including the installation, commissioning, introduction and instruction into new machines. According to your demands, we repair or carry out maintenance works, including the laser alignment of our machines, all an on-site.
Not only do we grant a professional service for Arnold machines, due to our specially trained personnel, we also offer complete maintenance and repair for other renowned manufacturers.
We normally offer a tele-service for all our machines with program control.
Due to that, it is possible for us to check the software at any time. Depending on the machine model we can also run a fault analysis on your machine. No matter where your company is located, we are able to solve problems without actually visiting your facilities and this saves your time and money.
